摘要：合法性是社区基金会生存与发展的重要基础。但现有研究对社区基金会合法性研究不足,特别是在合法性程度及获取策略与社区基金会发展路径关系方面。鉴于此,通过对政府发起型社区基金会与居民发起型社区基金会的政治合法性、社会合法性、文化合法性及实效合法性进行对比分析后发现,两类社区基金会合法性获取呈现出差异性互补的特点:一方面,两类社区基金会合法性程度差异性较大,且存在一定的结构性张力;另一方面,两类社区基金会具有一类层次化程度较强而另一类层次化程度较弱的趋势。此差异是由承认主体价值期许的多元性而引发,影响到社区基金会的发展路径,呈现出的互补特点恰好能为我国社区基金会路径再造提供条件。
Legitimacy is an important basis for the survival and development of community foundations.However, there is insufficient research on the legitimacy of community foundations, especially on the relationship between the degree of legality and access strategies to the development path of community foundations.In view of this, through the comparative analysis of the political legitimacy, social legitimacy, cultural legitimacy and effectiveness legitimacy of government-initiated community foundations. and residents-initiatedcommunity foundations, it was found that the legitimacy of the two types of community foundations present the characteristics of dif ference complementarity： On the one hand, the degree of legitimacy of the two types of community foundations is quite different, while exist a certain structural tension;on the other hand, different types of community foundations have a type of strong degree of hierarchy and the other type of weaker level of the trend.This difference is caused by the recognition of the diversity of the subject＇s value expectations, which affects the development path of community foundations. The complementary features presented provide the conditions for the reconstruction of community foundations in China.
