摘要:NOVELTY - The preparation of hydroxyapatite nano probe used for detecting heavy metal ions in wastewater, involves placing certain amount of saturated fluorescein solution and deionized water in a beaker, stirring, putting assembled hydroxyapatite nanobelt assembly ball is put to the beaker, stirring for 12 hours, sealing and storing resulting suspension obtaining hydroxyapatite nano probe for the detection of heavy metal ions in water. USE - Preparation of hydroxyapatite nano probe used for detecting heavy metal ions in wastewater. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of hydroxyapatite nano probe at low cost by simple process, and detects the heavy metal ions in the wastewater quickly and easily. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of hydroxyapatite nano probe used for detecting heavy metal ions in wastewater, involves placing certain amount of saturated fluorescein solution and deionized water in a beaker, stirring, putting assembled hydroxyapatite nanobelt assembly ball is put to the beaker, stirring for 12 hours, sealing and storing resulting suspension obtaining hydroxyapatite nano probe for the detection of heavy metal ions in water. Hydroxyapatite nano probe is used by adding 10 ml hydroxyapatite nano-probe to the sewage, mixing, measuring fluorescence intensity of mixed solution, obtaining content of heavy metal ions according to the standard working curve and concentration of heavy metal ions, reducing the amount of sewage if the fluorescence intensity is higher than the highest value of the fluorescence intensity of the standard working curve, increasing the amount of sewage if the fluorescence intensity is lower than the minimum value of the fluorescence intensity of the standard working curve, increasing fluorescence intensity by increasing content of heavy metal ions. Hydroxyapatite nano-probe is copper, lead, cadmium, mercury, nickel and silver. The minimum detection limit of cobalt heavy metal wastewater is high as 10-6 mol/l.
