摘要：NOVELTY - The method comprises preparing liquid chromatography chiral stationary phase by binding protein molecule of an outer surface and an inner surface of a substrate and filling the stationary phase into a column via opening on an inner hole surface. The substrate comprises silica and polyamide, and has an outer diameter of 5-50 nm and an inner diameter of 30-200 nm. USE - The method is useful for preparing, analyzing and separating protein chiral stationary phase by capillary electrochromatography and liquid chromatography, where the protein is bovine serum albumin, human serum albumin, alpha -1-acidic albumin, egg class albumin, cellobiohydrolase and other protein (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of simply preparing the protein chiral stationary phase with high separation efficiency.
