摘要:考察了两种超低压反渗透膜+纳滤膜(ULPRO+NF)耦合工艺对矿山酸性废水处理的水质以及重金属离子截留率的影响。试验发现,ULPRO、ULPRO+NF耦合工艺的水回收率有明显的提升,而NF+ULPRO却明显降低。耦合工艺也提高了重金属离子和其它盐类的截留率,出水水质均有明显的提高。因此,耦合工艺能更加有效降低废水中的盐份。
The paper aims to evaluate the effect of NF and ULPRO membranes as well as their coupling on water quality and removal of heavy metal ions. The recovery rate (fR) in ULPRO+NF coupling process was improved in comparison with that obtained in RO alone which may be explained by a decrease in the input osmotic pressure of the RO membrane, while the recovery rate (]'R) in NF+.ULPRO coupling process was decreased. This coupling process also improves heavy metal ions and other ion salts rejection, thus leading to a decrease in the salinity in water product, The results showed that the coupling process could decrease effectively the salt content in the wastewater.
