摘要:以普通硫磺为原料,考察了低温熔融法制备不溶性硫磺(IS)过程中聚合、淬冷、萃取、充油阶段中稳定剂的加入对IS含量及其在120℃热稳定性的影响。结果表明,聚合阶段无需添加稳定剂,淬冷、萃取、充油3个阶段适宜的稳定剂分别是乙二醇、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、二硫化二苯骈噻唑,适宜的加入量(质量分数)分别为0.6%、2.0%、2.0%;同一过程中采用复合稳定剂并无叠加效果。在萃取和充油过程同时添加稳定剂可以进一步提高IS的热稳定性。萃取和充油过程中均加入2.0%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,IS的稳定性为49.47%,达到国内同类工艺的领先水平。低温熔融法工艺上使用的稳定剂未必适用于高温法工艺。
Low temperature melting method was taken to produce insoluble sulfur (IS) with common sulfur as raw material. Effects of the stabilizers added in the processes of polymerization, quenching, extraction and oil-treatment on the content and thermostability at 120 ℃ of IS were studied. The results show that it is unnecessary to add any stabilizer in polymerization stage. The appropriate stabilizers in polymerization, quenching and oil-treatment stages are ethylene glycol (by 0.6%), dioctyl phthalate (by 2.0%) and benzothiazolyl disulfide (by 2.0%) respectively. The compound stabilizers can't play a stack-up role in the same process. The IS thermostability can be further improved if the stabilizers are simultaneously added into extractant and treating oil. IS thermostability can reach 49.47% when dioctyl phthalate (by 2.0%) is simultaneously added to extractant and treating oil. The result has reached the leading domestic level in the same processes. The stabilizers for low temperature melting method to prepare IS do not necessarily apply to high temperature method.
