摘要：笔者通过对我国"十五"时期区域差异特征的深入分析,认为由于计算口径和生活费成本的影响,各地区名义收入和实际收入存在明显的差异,城镇居民的收入差异小于农村居民的收入差异,西部地区经济社会发展水平明显偏低。本文认为,"十一五"时期,区域协调发展的目标应是按照科学发展观的要求,缩小区际经济社会发展差异,促进区域经济发展的一体化和社会发展的公平化。
Through a deep analysis of our country＇s regional difference characteristics during the ＂Tenth Five -year Plan＂ period of our country, the author holds that because of the influence of the different calculating methods and living costs there are apparent differences between regional nominal income and real income, the urban income difference is less than that of the rural areas, and the development level of the western part of China is quite low. This paper holds that the goal of the regional harmonious development during the ＂Eleventh Five -year Plan＂ period should be to shorten the social and economical differences among different regions and to promote the incorporation of regional economic development and the impartiality of the social development in accordance with the scientific outlook on development.
