摘要:针对曲线轮廓度误差评定存在的问题,提出对设计点插值反算出轮廓的三次非均匀有理B样条(NURBS)理想曲线的方法,建立自由曲线轮廓度误差计算的数学模型.应用微粒群优化算法(Particle SwarmOptimization,PSO)计算测量点到理想曲线的最短距离,准确评定曲线轮廓度的误差.采用Matlab软件实现自由曲线轮廓度误差评定的可视化,使得被测量的几何特征更加直观.实验结果表明,所用方法计算速度快、所得结果精度高.
Theoretical curve was built by interpolating design points at the method of cubic Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline(NURBS) to solve the problem of evaluating profile error of curve. The mathematical model was built to compute the error. The particle swarm optimization (PSO) was applied for computing the minimum distance from measure points to design curve, which can accurately evaluate profile error of curve. Matlab software was used to implement visualization of profile error evaluation of free-form curve, making geometric feature observed more intuitively. Experiments show that the proposed optimization can rapidly acquire an exact result.
