摘要:NOVELTY - A new genetically engineered bacterium for producing dihydroxyacetone is of the strain Escherichia coli transformed from reconstructed genetically engineered plasmid pET-gdh and Pet-ndh. USE - The genetically engineered bacterium of the strain Escherichia coli transformed from reconstructed genetically engineered plasmid pET-gdh and Pet-ndh is useful for producing dihydroxyacetone (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Using the genetically engineered bacterium to produce dihydroxyacetone improves transforming rate of dihydroxyacetone. The collected bacterial strain can be recycled after being processed. This technology simplifies the technology of producing dihydroxyacetone by microbe, reduces production cost, shortens fermenting time and increases production efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are: (1) a method of producing the genetically engineered bacterial strain; and (2) a method of producing dihydroxyacetone by using the genetically engineered strain.
