摘要:改性的HY分子筛对苯和乙烯的液相烷基化反应具有高的活性和选择性.在HY分子筛中引入不同量的镁、镍、镧、磷等离子进行改性,当磷含量为2.5m%时,烷基化反应性能最佳,乙烯转化率达98.7%,乙苯选择性达85.4%.TPD、IR、XRD等方法研究结果表明,在磷改性的HY分子筛上,B酸和L酸都是烷基化的活性中心;强酸对催化活性起主要作用,弱酸对烷基化反应也有一定的贡献;强酸量与催化活性呈正比关系.
The liquid phase alkylation of benzene with ethylene was carried out over HY zeolites modified with phosphorus as well as magnesium, nickel and lanthanum. The acidic and structural properties of PHY impregnated with different amount of H_3PO_4 were investigated. It was found that the HY containing 2.5% P gives the best alkylation performance with ethylene conversion up to 98.7% and ethylbenzene selectivity up to 85.4%.The Bronsted acid sites and the Lewis acid sites are active sites for alkylation. The acti vity centers for the alkylation of benzene with ethylene are mainly the strong acid sites. The weak acid sites may act as auxiliary centers. The results showed that the catalytic activity of alkylation in creases with increasing amount of strong acid.
