摘要:通过对焦化脱硫装置分液罐上截取的排污管和液位计接管进行宏观检验、硬度测试、金相检验、扫描电镜分析及腐蚀产物能谱分析,确定了富气压缩机二段出口管线开裂的原因。研究表明,管道内的环境属于硫化氢腐蚀环境,接管开裂的原因是由于焊接缺陷处的应力集中及管系振动引起的机械疲劳、硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂和腐蚀疲劳开裂。研究成果可以为类似环境下设备及管道的选材及焊接工艺提供参考。
The causes of cracking of outlet pipeline of rich gas compressor are pinpointed through macroscopic examination, hardness testing, metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of blow - down pipe section and connection pipe of level gauge of liquid separator and EDS of corrosion products in the desulfurization unit. The analysis identifies that, the internal corrosion environment is hydrogen sulfide corrosion, and the pipe cracking is the result of stress concentration at the weld defects, mechanical fatigue from pipeline vibration, hydrogen sulfide stress cracking and corrosion fatigue. The study results provide a good reference for the selection of materials and appropriate welding process for the piping and equipment for the similar services.
