摘要:NOVELTY - A thin film coating tablet comprises 91.39-97.88 wt.% levetiracetam, 0.5-2 wt.% silica micro powder as auxiliary agent, 1-4 wt.% crosslinked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as disintegrating agent, 0.1-1 wt.% magnesium stearate as lubricant, 0.49-1.70 wt.% starch slurry as adhesive and not greater than 3 wt.% Opadry coating. USE - Thin film coating tablet. ADVANTAGE - The tablet does not easily absorb moisture with good stability. The method has low cost, thus, saves production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of thin film coating tablet comprising: (A) taking levetiracetam, passing through 80 meshes and weighing silica micro powder, crosslinked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, magnesium stearate and starch slurry; (B) mixing uniformly, adding starch slurry granulation and sieving with 16, 18 or 20 meshes sieve, preferably 20 mesh sieve; (C) drying for 15 minutes at 50 degrees C and sieving to 16 meshes; (D) mixing, adding magnesium stearate, micropowder silica gel and mixing uniformly to obtain final mixing; and (E) putting into tablet sheet and coating Opadry coating to obtain tablet.
