摘要：NOVELTY - A chiral amine derivative (I) is new. USE - Chiral amine derivative is used for cyclopropanation reaction (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A chiral amine derivative of formula (I) is new. R1=1-60C straight or optionally branched with alkyl group, substituted aryl, heteroaryl or halogen; R2=H or 1-15C straight or optionally branched with alkyl group; and R3-R4=H or 1-20C substituted with alkyl or 1-60C substituted with hydroxyl, thiourea and sulfonamide. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of chiral amine derivative (I).
