摘要：NOVELTY - The continuous countercurrent multiple column liquid-solid chromatographic equipment includes a movable assembly with several chromatographic columns and two, one upper and one lower, discs, a static assembly with two discs contacting the two discs in the movable assembly and a stepped changing controller. The chromatographic columns are connected serially with hoses to constitute a chromatographic system comprising adsorbing section, washing section, eluting section, regenerating section, etc. The equipment is used in separating and purifying protein via continuous countercurrent chromatography, and compared with fixed bed chromatographic technology, the present invention has obviously reduced adsorbing carrier consumption and flowing phase amount, raised separated product concentration and other advantages.
