摘要:采用碳化法制备亚微米纺锤形超细碳酸钙,用TEM、XRD等手段分析表征了碳酸钙粒子的形貌和结构,探讨了碳化起始温度、晶形控制剂添加量等关键工艺条件对碳酸钙形貌的影响。结果表明:在碳化起始温度为30~35℃,六偏磷酸钠添加质量分数为0.8%~1.2%时,可制备出粒径200~600nm、长径比约为4,粒径分布均匀的亚微米纺锤碳酸钙;晶形控制剂(NaPO3)6的主要作用是增加碳酸钙生长过程的空间位阻,促进CaCO3成核,抑制其生长。
The morphology and structure of sub-micron spindle-like calcium carbonate synthesized by gas-liquid carbonization method were analyzed by TEM, XRD, etc. The effects of initial carbonation temperature and morphology control additive amount were studied. The results show that the sub-micron CaCO3 with radial length of 200-600 nm and the ratio of radial length to axial length of 4 can be prepared at the initial temperature of 30-35 ℃ and with (NaPO3)6 mass fraction of 0.8%-1.2%. Furthermore, the main effect of crystallization controller (NaPO3)6 is to promote the nucleation rate and increase the steric hindrancefor Ca(OH)2 crystallization.
