摘要：为了实现大型仪器有效开放和资源共享,更好地为全校师生的教学和科研服务,自2009年起,分析测试中心作为试点单位启动了大型仪器开放共享。至2012年底,分析测试中心20万以上大型仪器实现全面开放。本文介绍了分析测试中心开放共享平台的构建,平台开放提高了仪器使用率、学生的创新能力和科研水平。针对运行中发现的问题如测试服务与培训的矛盾、培训工作量的归属、设备运行与维修支持经费不足等提出了相应的解决方案,为实现全校各实验室的开放共享、提高闲置大型仪器设备的使用率,提供了很好的借鉴。
In order to achieve the effective opening and resource sharing of large-scale instruments,better service for all the teachers and students in our university,since 2009,the Research Center of Analysis and Test in our university has been pointed as a pilot unit. To the end of 2012,every large-scale instrument in the Research Center of Analysis and Test whose cost is more than two hundred thousand has been realized fully open. This paper reports the construction of the open sharing service platform of large-scale instruments in Research Center of Analysis and Test in East China University of Science and Technology. The platform has improved the use efficiency of instruments,and strengthened the innovation ability and scientific research level of the graduate students. Some problems such as the contradiction between testing service and training,quantitative for the training work,shortage of the support funds for equipment operation and maintenance have been found during the construction of the platform,and some corresponding resolutions are discussed.A good reference is provided for fully open sharing of all laboratory,and it improves the use efficiency of large-scale instruments in our university.
