摘要：社会保障权具有安全、自由、社会公平和效率等价值。其中,安全是社会保障权的基础性价值,自由是社会保障权的终极价值,社会公平是社会保障权的首要与核心价值,效率是社会保障权的辅助性价值。
Rights to social security have some values： safety, freedom, social equity, efficiency and so on. The value of safety is fundamental, the value of freedom is ultimate, the value of social equity is principal and core and the value of efficiency is subsidiary.
