摘要:The blending optimization of Maxila and Cabinda crude oils and Maxila and Daqing crude oils is investigated to provide a consistent and optimal feedstock to refinery operations. The distillation yields (< 520 degrees C) are studied by the equilibrium-flash vaporization (EFV) method. The results show that, at the optimized blending ratio of 3:7 for Maxila and Cabinda crude oils, the yield of distillation is 76.97%, which is 3.02% higher than the theoretical yield; it is the same for Maxila and Daqin crude oils, at a ratio of 3:7, the yield of distillation is 67.80%, which is 1.6% higher than the theoretical yield. The decrease of viscosity, surface tension, and density of blended oil will increase the yield of distillation. The increase of yield is proportional to the decrease of viscosity and surface tension, while the increase of yield cannot be predicted by the decrease of density. Meanwhile, the fraction distributions are changed during blending distillation.
