摘要:孤岛原油的比重大、粘度高、含胶质沥青质多,脱盐很困难.本文评选了几十种破乳剂,在此基础上合成出对孤岛原油破乳脱盐的高效破乳剂,有几种破乳剂的脱盐率达到了70~80%.此外.还测定了油-水界面张力,将其与孤岛原油的脱盐脱水效果进行关联,初步探讨了上述破乳剂的脱盐脱水规律.
The desalting of China's Gudao crude oil is difficult due to its high specific gravity, viscosity, resin and asphaltene contents. Based on the screening of several dosens of demulsifiers, highly efficient desalting demulsifiers are synthesited. Some of which have shown a desalting efficiency as high as 70~80%. In addition, the oil-water interfacetension is measured and is correlated with the efficiency of desalting and dewatering of Gudao crude oil. The mechanism of desalting and dewatering of the demulsifier is preliminarily studied.
