摘要:以液化石油气/胺液物料体系为对象,开发了液化石油气/胺液分离的工业试验装置,对旋流芯管压力、分离效率和流量的相互关系进行了试验研究。净化前液化石油气胺液质量浓度为106 mg/L~1 814 mg/L,净化后液化石油气胺液质量浓度为22~108mg/L,胺液平均脱除率在88.6%,完全可以满足设计要求。
The commercial LPG/amine separation pilot plant has been developed and the inter-relationship among the pressure, separation efficiency and flowrate of the hydrocyclone element were studied. After hydrocyclone separation, the amine in LPG was reduced from 106-1 814 mg/L to 22-108 mg/L. The average removal rate is 88.6%, meeting the design requirement.
