摘要：NOVELTY - Brevifolin is used for preparing sensitizer or reversal agent for improving accumulation of antitumor drug in tumor cell. USE - Brevifolin is used for preparing sensitizer or reversal agent for improving accumulation of antitumor drug in tumor cell. Brevifolin is useful in pharmaceutical composition for treating tumor including nasopharyngeal carcinoma, esophagal cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, carcinoma of colon, prostatic cancer, lung cancer, cervical carcinoma, leukemia, oral cancer, leukemia, salivary gland tumor, nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses malignant tumor, laryngocarcinoma, ear tumor, ocular tumor, thyroid tumor, mediastinal tumor, thoracic wall tumor, small intestinal tumor, biliary tract neoplasm, pancreas and periampullary tumor, mesentery and retroperitoneal tumor, kidney tumor, tumor of adrenal gland, tumor of bladder, prostatic cancer, orchioncus, penile cancer, carcinoma of endometrium, malignant tumor of ovary, malignant trophoblastic tumor, carcinoma of vulva and carcinoma of vagina, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, soft tissue neoplasm, bone tumor, skin and appendage tumor, melanocarcinoma, or tumor of nervous system. The composition is in the form of injection, injection aseptic powder, or tablet. (all claimed) ADVANTAGE - The brevifolin has low toxicity and abundant source. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for (A) an antitumor pharmaceutical composition comprising brevifolin and antitumor drug; and (B) a method of inhibiting tumor cell in vitro by applying brevifolin and antitumor drug to tumor cell. The antitumor drug is Adriamycin(RTM: doxorubicin), vincristine, Taxol(RTM: paclitaxel), cisplatin, actinomycin, bleomycin, busulfan, capecitabine, carboplatin, carmustine, Leukeran(RTM: chlorambucil), cyclophosphamide, cytarabine, daunorubicin, epidoxorubicin, etoposide, etoposide (4'-dimethyl-epipodophyllotoxin- beta -d-ethylidene-glucoside), fluorovidarabine acid, 5-fluorouracil, gemcitabine, herceptin, hydroxyurea, idarubicin, ifosfamide, irinotecan, lomustine, melphalan, Alkeran(RTM: melphalan hydrochloride), purinethol, methotrexate, mitomycin, mitoxantrone, dithranol, oxaliplatin, procarbazine, rituximab, steroid, streptozocin, streptozotocin, docetaxel injection, thioguanine, thio-N,N',N''-triethylenephosphoramide (thio-TEPA), tespamin, raltitrexed, topotecan, treosulfan, uracil, vincaleucoblastine, vinblastine, Eldisine(RTM: vindesine), vinorelbine, Glivec(RTM: imatinib), or hydroxycamptothecine.
