摘要:Carbon quantum dot wrapped gold nanorods were fabricated on an ITO electrode surface via electrostatic interactions. The electron transfer properties of carbon quantum dots on gold nanorod surfaces were systematically investigated by plasmonic resonance scattering spectroscopy.
