摘要:研究建立了一种罐头食品中的双酚A、BADGE及其衍生物含量的高效液相色谱-荧光检测法。前处理包括乙腈萃取,超声,旋转蒸发,压滤等步骤。样品经ZORBAX SB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm)分离,以0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液和甲醇为流动相,在激发波长225 nm、发射波长305 nm下进行荧光检测。检出限达到0.04-0.1μg/mL。6次重复实验的相对标准偏差分别为BADGE.2H2O 0.60%、BPA 0.83%、BADGE.H2O 1.02%、BADGE.H2O.HCl 0.66%、BADGE 0.59%、BADGE.HCl 0.37%、BADGE.2HCl 1.81%,方法回收率分别为BADGE.2H2O 93%-105%、BPA97%-104%、BADGE.H2O 85%-101%、BADGE.H2O.HCl 92%-102%、BADGE 96%-99%、BADGE.HCl 95%-106%、BADGE.2HCl 87%-111%,满足痕量分析要求。该方法简便快速,灵敏可靠,适用于罐头食品中双酚A和6种BADGE衍生物含量的同时检测。
This research established a method of high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection for the determination of bisphenol A,bisphenol A diglycidyl ether(BADGE) and its derivatives in canned food. The pre-preparation steps include extraction with acetonitrile, ultrasonic bath and rotary vacuum evaporation etc. After separation by ZORBAX SB-C18 column(4.6× 250 mm), the sample is detected at the excitation and emission fluo- rescence at wavelengths 227 nm and 313 nm, with 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate and methanol as mobile phase. The detection limits were 0. 04 -0.1 μg/mL , and the repeatability are BADGE· 2H20O 0.60% , BPA 0.83% , BADGE·H2O 1.02% ,BADGE·H2O· HCl 0.66% ,BADGE 0.59% ,BADGE·HCl 0.37% ,BADGE · 2HCI 1.81% respectively, and the recovery are BADGE · 2H2O 93% - 105% , BPA 97% - 104% , BADGE· H2O 85% - 101% , BADGE·H2O·HCl 92% - 102% ,BADGE 96% - 99% ,BADGE· HCl 95% - 106% ,BADGE· 2HCl 87% - 111% respectively which met the trace analytical request. The method is simple,sensitive,an reliable for the determination of BPA and the other 6 kinds of BADGE and its derivatives simultaneously.
