摘要:以对亚硝基-N、N-二甲基苯胺盐酸盐为指示剂,测定化合物对降解微生物的毒性。测定条件为:温度25℃,菌种投加量为1ml/L沉降0.5h活性污泥,指示剂浓度1mg/L,曝气量400ml/min,作用时间4h。实验证明,当指示剂显示降解率>70%时为无毒,<30%为毒性较大,当降解率为50%时其毒性浓度抑制值与文献数据基本一致。
Using p-nitroso-N, N-dimethylaniline hydrochloride as an indicator, a detecting method of chemical toxicity to microbes in activated sludge was introduced. The detecting conditions were temperature 25℃, bacteria seeding added Img/L, settling active sludge for 0.5h, concentration of the indicator was Img/L, reaction time, 4 hours aeration rate 400mL/min. The results showed that the sample has no toxic when degradation rate of indicator was higher then 70% and toxic when degradation rate of indicator was lower than 30%, that the inhibition concentration of toxicity of chemical to microbes is agree with the data in the literature when degradation rate is 50%.
