摘要:CaO-B2O3-SiO2微晶玻璃基板具有低的介电常数和与金属电极低温共烧的特性。在CaO-B2O3-SiO2相图的低共融区域设计了3个系列9种玻璃配方,通过差热分析和X-射线衍射分析研究了玻璃组成和它们的分相析晶行为。研究表明:在该组成区,析出主要晶相为硅灰石、硼钙石和石英,而基板材料所要求的性能可以通过控制微晶玻璃晶相及其数量得以实现。
CaO-B2O3-SiO2 glass ceramics is characterized by both low temperature cofiring and excellent dielectric properties. 9 compositions of 3 series of glasses around the eutectic region of the CaO-B2O3-SiO2 ternary phase diagram were melted. Differential thermal analysis and X -ray diffraction analysis are performed to study phase separation and crystalline behavior of the glasses. It has been identified that wollastonite, calcium borate and quartz are the main phases in the system. It is possible to obtain the desired properties of the substrate materials by controlling the precipitation of these crystals.
