摘要:在600℃下对一种用作耐火材料粘结剂的酚醛树脂进行了热裂解,然后用GC-MS技术对该树脂的热裂解产物作了鉴别。树脂的裂解气在GC谱上呈现9个主峰,用MS对各峰分析的结果表明,该树脂的热裂解主要产物是二氧化碳、甲苯、二甲苯、苯酚、甲酚、二甲酚和三甲酚。对酚醛树脂的热分解过程作了讨论。
A phenolic resin, which is used as bonding agent in manufacturing refractory materials, was decomposed by heat at 600℃. The pyrolytic gases of this resin were analysed by using GC-MS instrument. Nine peaks were found in the GC chromatogram of the pyrolytic gases. It was identified by MS analysis that the pyrolytic products of the resin are carbon dioxide, toluene, xylene, phenol, cresol, xylenol and mesitol. According to the results of GC-MS experiments the process of heat decomposition of the phenolic resin was discussed.
