摘要:当前材料类专业的教学实践中,水性聚氨酯的制备、超临界连续发泡等过程需要的实验条件严苛,时间跨度极长、场地面积要求巨大,现有的专业平台难以满足,且部分实验步骤需要高危险化学品,操作不当容易造成伤亡事故。现依托自主研发并拥有自主知识产权的虚拟仿真实验教学系统,并在此基础上建设水性聚氨酯聚合及超临界连续发泡的工程化虚拟仿真实验项目,旨在帮助学生灵活地开展实验,避免人力财力的大量消耗,不受时间和空间的限制,通过网络智能化地学习。
In the current experimental teaching of materials majors,the preparation of water-borne polyurethane and supercritical continuous foaming processes require strict conditions,and require a long time span and huge site area,hence,the existing professional platform is difficult to meet.Moreover,some experimental steps require high hazardous chemicals,and improper operation is easy to cause casualties.This paper relies on the independent research and development and develops independently a virtual simulation experiment teaching system,which bases on building water-based polyurethane polymerization and supercritical continuous foaming engineering virtual simulation experiment project.The experiment aims that the students can carry out experiments anywhere.It also avoids a lot of human resources consumption,and is not subjected to the limitation of time and space,learning intelligently through the network.
