摘要:转动轴的密封是生物质稀酸催化连续水解反应装置开发中的关键问题之一。通过分析动密封填料的密封原理和填料与轴的接触压力分布情况,确定了填料种类及材质,开发了该密封装置。该密封结构在高温和腐蚀性介质的工况下运转良好,具有结构简单紧凑、价格低廉的特点,并且通过模具弹簧提供动态压力,使密封部件的寿命得到了延长,有效地减少了人工和维修时间的损失。
Sealing of the screw is one of the important problems in the development for device which is employed in continuous hydrolysis of biomass,using dilute acid as catalyst.The kinds and materials were chosen by analyzing the dynamic sealing mechanism of soft sealing packing and the distribution of contacting pressure between screw and soft sealing packing,the device was developed.The sealing structure can be operated well under high temperature and amyctic medium.It has properties as compact structure,low price...
