摘要:将反红外材料应用到低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)中制备出人造草丝用降温功能母粒,制成样板并研究其降温性能。紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计测其反射光谱,便携式分光光度计测其色度,用自制的降温性能测试装置测其降温性能。结果表明:白色粉体的反射率明显高于深色粉体,且对于同种粉体反射率随粒径的减小而增大;样板的反射率与其光亮度(L*值)密切相关;与未加反红外材料的空白板相比,质量分数为10%的自制远红外陶瓷粉(FCP)、ZnO、TiO2样板分别降温7.6、6.6、6.0℃;对于FCP样板来说,随着FCP含量的增加,样板反射率增加,L*值增大,降温效果增强,最高反射率达77.4%时,最大L*值为95.09,最大温降达14.3℃,FCP最佳添加量为50%,当粉体含量大于50%时,样板反射率、L*值变化不大,温降效果增加缓慢。
Cooling functional master batch used in artificial turf was prepared by dispersing the infrared reflective material into low density polyethylene (LDPE),sample plate was made to study its cooling performance.UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer with integrating sphere,portable spectrophotometer and selfmade cooling device were used respectively to characterize its reflectance spectrum,chromaticity and cooling performance.The results indicated that the reflectivity of white powders was higher than that of deep color powders,and for the same powder,reflectivity increased as the size of powder particles decreased.The reflectivity of plate was closely related to its light brightness (L * value).Compared to blank plate,the temperatures of the plates with 10% mass ratio of Far-infrared ceramic powder (FCP),ZnO,TiO2 reduced 7.6 ℃,6.6 ℃,6.0 ℃ separately.As to FCP plates,with the increasing of FCP mass ratio,its reflectivity and L * value increased,the cooling effect enhanced.And its reflectivity could reach up to 77.4%,the maximum of L * value was 95.09,the temperature decreased by 14.3 ℃.The optimum adding amount of FCP was 50% over which all of the reflectivity,L * value and the cooling effect of the plate increased slowly.
