摘要:某热镀锌生产线上316L奥氏体不锈钢稳定辊轴头在运行时发生断裂,采用化学成分分析、硬度及拉伸性能测试、金相检验等方法对断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:该轴头组织中存在大量的长条状硫化夹杂物,导致组织不均,材料性能下降,同时轴头的圆周表面加工粗糙,液态锌通过表面缺陷渗入基体内部并腐蚀基体,从而导致轴头在外载荷作用下发生脆性断裂。
316Laustenitic stainless steel shaft head of stabilizing roll in a hot galvanizing line fractured during working.The fracture cause was analyzed by methods such as chemical composition analysis,hardness and tensile property testing,and metallographic inspection.The results show that a large number of long-strip sulphur inclusions existed in the structure of the shaft head,leading to inhomogeneity of structure and reduction of the material properties.Meanwhile the circumference surface of the shaft head was pretty rough.Liquid zinc infiltrated inside the substrate through surface defects and corroded the substrate.Finally,the shaft head fractured in brittle mode under external loads.
