摘要:为了研究局域退火过程中嵌段共聚物有序纳米结构的形成机理,基于动态自洽场理论,发展一种新的局域退火模型,并应用于共聚物引导自组装行为的研究。讨论退火移动速率和共聚物组成等因素对纳米结构有序程度和取向调节的影响规律。计算结果表明:减缓移动速率有助于有效地压制相分离过程中热涨落,从而获得长程有序纳米图案。共聚物组成的非对称性诱导富集层的形成,从而调节无缺陷纳米结构的取向。
In order to study the formation mechanism of long-range ordered nanostructures of block copolymers during the process of zone annealing, a new local annealing theoretical model was developed based on dynamic self-consistent field theory to study the self-assembly behaviors of block copolymers in presence of zone annealing. The effects of shifting velocity of propagation fronts and block copolymers composition on the ordering degree of microphase-separated nanostructures were investigated. The results demonstrated that lowing the shifting velocity helps the block copolymers to self-assemble into the long-range ordered nanostruc-tures due to the suppression of thermal fluctuations of phase separation The surface enrichment near the walls induces the orientation modulation of defect-free nanostructures through tuning the composition of block copolymers.
