摘要：遗产影响评估(Heritage Impact Assessments,HIA)源自环境影响评估(Environmental Impact Assessment)中对遗产进行的影响评估,随后逐步脱离环评体系,建立起以遗产价值为核心的工作方法。梳理了国外遗产影响评估的发展及开展概况,总结了国外遗产影响评估的运行特点,同时对国内文物影响评估的发展进行归纳,为未来中国遗产影响评估的进一步开展奠定基础。
The Heritage Impact Assessments （HIA） can be traced back from the impact assessments of properties in the process of EIA. And then it is separated from EIA and formed a methodology that sustains the value of properties as the core. The thesis reviews the development of foreign Heritage Impact Assessments, and summarizes the operation characteristics. Then, the development of domestic cultural heritage impact assessment is summarized. On the basis of that, this paper lays the foundation for the further development of China heritage impact assessment.
