摘要:在反求工程中,对产品的实物模型进行数字化测量后,重构得到产品的CAD模型.而实物测量数据与重构模型间的误差分析是必要的,它会对原产品的仿制或重复制造等后续工作产生影响.首先对零件实物的散乱点云进行预处理,得到截平面点云,然后实现曲线拟合和重构模型,最后对散乱点云与重构模型进行误差分析,并通过误差生长线来区分误差大的区域.
After product's practical model is measured digitally, product's CAD model is constructed in reverse engineering. It is necessary to analyse the error between practical measurement data and reconstruction model. It will have effect on product's strypped-down and repeated manufacture. Dispersed point cloud of the part is preprocessed, section point cloud is got, then curve fitting and model reconstruction are realized, finally error analysis is done between dispersed point cloud and reconstruction model, error developing line is used to distinguish the region of big error.
