摘要:从油藏产出液中筛选分离得到1株代谢产生脂肽的细菌,经分子生物学鉴定为苍白杆菌(Ochrobactrum sp.)。通过气质联用(GC-MS)、电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)和串联质谱(MS/MS)的方法分析了脂肽的化学组成和结构。结果表明,脂肽的脂肪酸部分包含iso C13、anteiso C13、iso C14、n C14、iso C15、anteiso C15、iso C16和nC16β-羟基脂肪酸,而脂肽的氨基酸部分都是由缬氨酸、亮氨酸、天门氨酸和谷氨酸组成。且含iso C13、anteisoC13、iso C14、n C14、iso C15和anteiso C15的脂肽的氨基酸序列都是N-Glu-Leu-Leu-Val-Asp-Leu-Leu-C。
A lipopeptides producing bacterium strain was isolated and gained from liquid produced out of an oil field was identified as Ochrobactrum sp.through molecular biologically.The chemical structures of the lipopeptides were studied by means of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI-MS) and tandem mass spectrometry(MS/MS).The results showed that,the lipid part was composed of iso C13,anteiso C13,iso C14、n C14、iso C15,anteiso C15,iso C16 and n C16-hydroxy fatty acids,while all the lipopeptides had peptide parts with the same amino acid composition of Val、 Leu、 Asp、 Glu、 and the sequence of the lipopeptide with iso C13,anteiso C13,isoC14,n C14,iso C15,anteiso C15-hydroxy fatty acids was determined to be N-Glu-Leu-Leu-Val-Asp-Leu-Leu-C.
