摘要：家庭在中国养老服务体系中居于基础地位。家庭代际关系与养老实现紧密相关,但针对家庭代际关系如何影响老年人养老意愿的相关研究仍然不足。研究使用成都市老龄社会追踪调查数据,应用潜在类别分析与多项式Logistic回归方法,分析代际关系类别及其他因素对养老意愿的影响。结果显示,以成都为代表的城市老年人的养老意愿以子女作为养老责任人首选,以自己家作为养老地点首选。四种代际关系类别——亲密型、疏远型、远距离支持型和价值独立型对城市老年人养老意愿具有显著影响,且对养老责任人的影响高于对养老地点的影响。应加强“家庭友好型”环境建设以巩固家庭在养老服务体系中的基础性地位,同时通过完善社区养老服务设施建设等方式满足老年人日益增长的自主养老和社会养老需求。
Family is the foundation of the old-age support system in China,but relevant studies on the impact of intergenerational relationships on the preferences for old-age care remain limited.This study uses data from the Southwestern China Ageing Panel Study-Chengdu Region(SWAPS-Chengdu)and applies latent class analysis and multinomial logistic regression to analyse the impact of the typology of intergenerational relationships and other factors on the preferences for old-age care.Results indicate that most urban older adults in Chengdu consider their children as their primary caregivers and their own homes as their preferred place for elderly care.Four types of intergenerational relationships,including closeness,estrangement,distant support,and value independence,significantly affect preferences for old-age care,with a stronger impact on the choice of caregiver than on the choice of care location.There is a need to strengthen the development of family-friendly environments to consolidate the foundational role of families in the old-age support system,as well as to improve community-based elderly care facilities to meet older adults′needs.
