摘要：对长管拖车用爆破片和易熔塞组合泄放装置进行分析,阐述了爆破片与易熔塞组合泄放装置的潜在不安全因素。在此基础上,讨论了双爆破片串联组合泄放装置在长管拖车上的适用性,给出了双爆破片串联组合泄放装置的实施方案,并进行试验验证,结果表明,双爆破片串联组合泄放装置符合长管拖车气瓶安全泄放性能要求。
The safety relief device with combination of burst discs and fusible plug was analyzed,and its potential unsafe factors were described. Based on this,the suitability of the safety relief device with double burst discs combined in series on the long tube trailer was discussed,the embodiment scheme of the device was given and was verified by tests. The results show that the device meets the safe relief performance requirements of the long tube trailer gas cylinder.
