摘要:以MCM-48为模板,利用模板碳化法制备了有序介孔碳材料。运用小角X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外可见光谱(UV-vis)等测试方法对介孔碳材料的孔结构参数及对胆红素的吸附特性进行了表征。研究结果表明,介孔碳材料结构高度有序,为立方相Ia3d型,具有高比表面积(1438m2g-1)、大的孔容(0.98cm3g-1)和窄的介孔孔径分布(平均孔径为3.1nm)。并且介孔碳材料对胆红素吸附量高达187mg/g,吸附速率快,到达平衡时间短,是一种优越的胆红素吸附剂。
Ordered mesoporous carbon material was successfully synthesized using MCM-48 mesoporous silica molecular sieves as the template.The small angle X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,and UV-vis spectroscopy were employed to analyze the mesoporous structure of the prepared materials and its adsorption property for bilirubin.The results showed that the structure of the obtained carbon molecular sieve was a three-dimensional regular array of Ia3d symmetry with uniform mesopores ca.3 nm in diameter,relatively high surface area of 1438 m2 g-1 and pore volume as large as 0.98 cm3g-1.It also showed an extraordinarily high bilirubin adsorption capacity(187mg/g) and rapid adsorption speed.The results were very attractive and promising for blood purification applications.
