摘要：对当今风靡全美的SPARK课程进行了简单介绍,并进一步对SPARK课程教师培训进行分析。研究发现:商业化的培训组织与模式、专业的培训人员、全面且具有层次性的培训目标、持续的培训时间、丰富的培训方法与策略、发展性的培训绩效评价是SPARK课程教师培训的特点。
The authors gave a brief introduction to the SPARK curriculum popular in the United States today,further analyzed the training of teachers for the SPARK curriculum,and revealed the following findings： commercialized training organization and mode,professional trainers,comprehensive and level specific training objectives,continuous training time,diversified training methods and strategies,as well as developing training performance evaluation,are the characteristics of the training of teachers for the SPARK curriculum.
