摘要:核电稳压封头尺寸大,质量大,难以加工,生产效率低。目前,国内对提高核电稳压封头加工效率的研究很少。本研究首先以最高生产效率为目标建立铣削参数数学模型,通过遗传算法对数控加工参数优化,利用优化的参数对封头进行加工仿真。研究结果表明:适当的参数优化在保证加工要求的情况下,能够缩短加工时间,提高加工效率。
Nuclear regulators head that has a large size and a heavy weight are usually difficult to be manufactured. Besides, its producing is also inefficient. At the present time ,our country sees little of the research on the machining efficiency of the nuclear head. Firstly to build a mathematical model with milling parameter, the object of which is to reach the best productivity. Then the model utilizes the inherited arithmetic to optimize the parameter of crafiwork of the NC machining. In the end,this model simulates the machining process of nuclear regulators head with the optimized parameter. The result indicates that the machining efficiency of the nuclear regulators head has been improved evidently with the proper parameter optimization according to the request of machining.
