摘要：NOVELTY - Preparing nano-sized sheet spherical silicon-containing magnetite by hydrothermal method comprises (i) dissolving 2 mmol of iron(III) chloride hexahydrate in 20 ml of ethylene glycol and mixing, then adding 2 mmol of dodecylamine into mixture and dissolving, (ii) adding mixed solution of (ii) into 10 ml ethylene glycol dissolved in 4 mmol sodium hydroxide, then mixing the mixture and pouring into a reaction vessel and heating and insulating to 220 degrees C for many hours to obtain sample 1, then washing with ethanol and drying in vacuum to obtain sample 2. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano-sized sheet spherical silicon-containing magnetite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple steps, low production cost and increasing yield of magnetite synthesis.
