摘要：介绍了国内油脂加氢催化剂的研究现状,综述了一些催化剂的制备方法和在油脂加氢方面的应用,指出超细及非晶态催化剂是油脂氢化催化剂的发展趋势。
Research status of fats and oils hydrogenation catalysts at home is introduced. The preparation methods of hydrogenation catalysts and application in fats and oils hydrogenation are narrated. The development trend in this filed is that the shift from crystal catalysts to amorphous catalysts.
