摘要：现有的农民集体维权行动研究大多忽视了村落的文化和结构因素。通过对赣北田头村因集体山林被伐所引发的村民集体上访事件的考察,研究发现,在既有的村落文化和社会结构制约下,集体行动者和抗争对象有可能通过一系列互动和妥协,最终促使农民集体行动走向和解,即最初的打压并未让上访村民屈服,反而是在抗争对象示弱、说客说情,双方各自退让一步后才使事件得以平息。这表明地方的社会结构和文化类型对农民集体维权行动的影响不容小觑。
Most of the existing researches on peasants＇ popular protest ignored the cultural and structural factors of the village. Through the investigation of Tiantou village, where the protest event was caused by collective forest being illegitimately cut, this research found that under the restriction of the present village＇s culture and social structure, the collective actors and the protest objects may be ultimately able to reconcile through a series of interaction and compromise. Surprisingly, the initial pressure couldn＇t let the villager give way to vanity, while the protest object taking itself lying down. This indicates that the effect from the local social structure and village culture should not be underestimated.
