摘要：NOVELTY - A water-soluble fluorescent magnetosome comprises magnetosome and cysteine in which cysteine is modified into magnetosome surface. USE - A water-soluble fluorescent magnetosome for improvement of magnetic targeting and fluorescent tracer. ADVANTAGE - Process is simple, fast, and non-toxic and has mild reaction condition, and product has good fluorescence stability and high fluorescence strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of water-soluble fluorescent magnetosome which involves ultrasonically crushing magnetotactic bacteria, magnetically separating to obtain magnetosome, stirring magnetosome and cysteine, and reacting at room temperature for 24 hours under alkaline environment.
