摘要:用LB膜技术组装铁电超微粒,实验结果显示:LB膜中的铁电超微粒比较稳定,覆盖度也比较高,并且存在介电限域效应,在室温下具有光致发光现象;荧光光谱具有宽的发光带。
AbstractFerroelectric ultrafine particles were fabricated with LB film technique. The experimental results showed: The ferroelectric ultrafine particles were stable with a higher coverage ratio, and had a dielectric confinement effect in the LB films. The LB film showed photoluminescence at room temperature. The fluorescence spectrum consisted of wide luminescence bands. The emission spectrum had up conversion.
