摘要：NOVELTY - Cyanate resin modified by phenylethynyl silane resin is claimed, where the modification preparation comprises (in parts): cyanate resin (100) and phenylethynyl silane resin (1-100). USE - The cyanate resin modified by phenylethynyl silane resin is useful as a substrate resin for resisting high temperature and as wave transmission material. ADVANTAGE - The phenylethynyl silane resin: dissolves in organic solvents; has excellent compatibility with the cyanate resin and effectively improves the heat resistance and oxidation resistance of the cyanate resin; has excellent mechanical property and dielectric property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparation of the cyanate resin modified by phenylethynyl silane resin comprising: (i) mixing the cyanate resin with phenylethynyl silane resin (in different mass proportions) in the organic solvent; (ii) adequately dissolving, heating, distilling, removing the organic solvent, preparing the cyanate resin blend modified by phenylethynyl silane resin; and (iii) curing the blend by a curing process at 110-300 degrees C for 8-20 hours to obtain the product.
