摘要:在φ1000mm的圆塔内,采用空气-水系统,对十字旋阀塔板、组合导向浮阀塔板、ADV浮阀塔板和F1浮阀塔板的阀孔临界气速和压降进行了对比试验。此外,还对前3种浮阀塔板的泄漏和雾沫夹带进行了对比试验。实验数据由计算机实时采集和处理,试验结果综合表明:十字旋阀塔板适用于低液流强度操作状况;组合导向浮阀塔板适用于大液流强度的操作状况;ADV浮阀塔板则适用于中等液流强度操作状况。
The valve hole critical gas-velocity and the pressure drop of the type-cross valve trays, combined pilot valve tray, ADV valve tray and F1 valve tray were investigated in a φ1 000 mm column by using air-water system. Besides, the weeping and entrainment of the preceding three kinds of valve trays were measured with the same experiment conditions. All data were gathered and processed by computer. The results show that the type-cross valve tray is suitable for low fluid-flow intensity, the combined pilot valve tray is suitable for high fluid-flow intensity, and the ADV valve tray is suitable for middle fluid-flow intensity.
