摘要:NOVELTY - A highly-stable titanium catalyst has a cyclic structure, and is obtained by reacting titanate with a dicarbonyl intermediate compound (I), and reacting the compound (I) with a polyol (II). USE - Highly-stable titanium catalyst is used in transesterification reaction of dimethyl carbonate with phenol to produce methylphenyl carbonate and diphenyl carbonate, and production of polycarbonate. ADVANTAGE - The titanium catalyst can be reused, and has excellent selectivity for transesterification reaction, strong water resistance and thermal stability, phenol conversion rate of more than 80%, and transesterification selectivity of 99%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The dicarbonyl intermediate compound is of formula (I). The polyol is of formula: CnH2n+2O2 (II). R1 = alkyl, haloalkyl or optionally substituted phenyl; R2 = alkyl-CH2-, -CH2-CH2-, -CH2-CH2-CH2- or group of formula (i);and R3 = -CH3, -CH2-CH3, or alkoxy.
