摘要：社区共同体重建之实质,在于情感凝聚与功能发挥。本研究借助上海市天平社区的实地调查,立足情感治理视角,在梳理实践经验的基础上,探讨社区公共文化空间再造的情感逻辑,剖析基层动员的内在机制。研究发现,转换传统的社会治理视角,立足情感逻辑,探寻我国基层治理的强大社会基础,是对中国传统智慧之韧性的自信,也是推进基层治理能力现代化的重要途径。
The essence of the reconstruction of community lies in emotional cohesion and exertion.Based on the field investigation of Shanghai Tianping community and a wealth of practical experiences,from the perspective of emotional governance,this study explores the emotional logic of the reconstruction of community public cultural space,and analyzes the internal mechanism of grassroots mobilization.The study finds that,transforming from the traditional perspective of social governance to emotional logic,the exploration in the solid social foundation of Chinese grassroots governance,shows confidence in Chinese traditional cultural wisdom,as well as an important way to promote modernization of grassroots governance capabilities.
