摘要:NOVELTY - Process for preparing vinyl acetate mainly comprises: reacting dimethyl ether, hydrogen and carbon monoxide with catalyst for preparing the target object. Catalyst comprises main catalyst, assistant catalyst and methyl iodide; main catalyst is VIII group metal or other compounds; assistant catalyst is quinary or hexahydroxy heterocycle compound including nitrogen (N), ammonium salt, simple metal, or metal compound. USE - Process for the preparation of vinyl acetate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Process for preparing vinyl acetate simplifies the preparation process for vinyl acetate to reduce the preparation cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Process for preparing vinyl acetate mainly comprises: reacting dimethyl ether, hydrogen and carbon monoxide with catalyst for preparing the target object. Catalyst comprises main catalyst, assistant catalyst and methyl iodide; main catalyst is VIII group metal or other compounds; assistant catalyst is compound of Formula I, quinary or hexahydroxy heterocycle compound including N, ammonium salt, simple metal, or metal compound; simple metal in the main catalyst is rhodium, palladium, iridium, ruthenium, osmium, ferrum, nickel, cobalt, platinum, or their mixture; metal compound in the main catalyst is rhodium, palladium, iridium, ruthenium, osmium, ferrum, nickel, cobalt, halide, oxide, or oxygenic hydrochloric acid of platinum; simple metal in the assistant catalyst is lithium, sodium, potassium, rubidium, cesium, magnesium, calcium, strontium, barium, tin, antimony, bismuth, zinc, cadmium, ferrum, cobalt, nickel, or their mixture; metal compound in the assistant catalyst is lithium, sodium, potassium, rubidium, cesium, magnesium, calcium, strontium, barium, tin, antimony, bismuth, zinc, cadmium, ferrum, cobalt, or oxide, hydroxide, halide, oxygenic hydrochloric acid, or hydride of nickel. Assistant catalyst is compound of Formula I: A=N, phosphorus, antimony, or arsenic; and R1, R2 and R3=H, 1-10C alkyl, or 6-10C aromatic group.
