摘要:针对现有防疫机械功能单一、居家防疫机械短缺的问题,设计了一款基于物联网的一站式集成门边衣物管家。该装置位于玄关处,集选衣、挂衣、递物、选鞋、消毒和除湿功能于一体,由柜门、衣橱、递物柜、鞋柜模块和消毒、除湿模块构成。控制系统由人机接口(HMI)智能串口屏、Arduino以及ESP8266物联网芯片组成,通过串口屏和物联网芯片发送电信号,Arduino接收信号并控制装置运行。利用ANSYS软件对主要构件进行有限元分析,确保构件满足强度刚度要求。本设计机械结构合理,各模块结构配合紧密,可行性强,自动化程度高,应用前景广阔。
The one-stop integrated clothing and belongings steward based on internet of things(IoT)is a design for handling the issues of the single function of existing anti-epidemic machinery as well as the shortage of household equipment for epidemic prevention.Located on the porch,composed of a door,a wardrobe,a delivery cabinet,a shoe cabinet,a sterilization module and a dehumidification module,the device integrates the functions of clothes selecting,clothes hanging,items handing,shoes picking,antisepsis and dehumidification into one.The control system comprises human machine interface(HMI)intelligent serial screen,Arduino and the ESP8266 IoT chips.The intelligent serial screen and the IoT chips are used to send electrical signs,and the Arduino is used to receive the signs and to control the operation of the device.The ANSYS software is used for finite element analysis on the main constitutive elements,which can ensure the strength and the stiffness of the components.This design is rational in mechanical structure and the modules are closely matched.With strong feasibility and high degree of automation,it has expansive application prospect.
