摘要:Eu(DBM)(3)Phen doped poly(methyl methacryate) (PMMA) film was prepared by spinning coating. Its properties have been investigated by XRD, fluorescence spectrum and near-field scanning optical microscopy (NSOM). The properties of its planar waveguide were also studied by the m-line method. The result can provide some basic information for the design of the rare earth doped polymer optical waveguide amplifier. (C) 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
